An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as a proof of your purchase.
Shipment processing time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorized and verified, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer a free standard shipping for orders over $99.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing a link to track your package once your order has been shipped.
Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, or the received item is incorrect or faulty, please contact us immediately here.
Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour.
If you haven’t located your order, please contact us here to report missing or lost packages.
Authority To Leave (ATL) Policy
All orders shipped by us automatically require a signature as proof of delivery. If you authorise our shipping company to leave your order unattended without signing for the delivery you do so at your own risk. Shimano Indoor Cycling will not be held liable for the loss, theft, or misplacement of such orders.
We currently do not ship outside Australia.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging with all tags and labels. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We can only accept returns for purchases made through ShimanoIndoor.com.au.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the reason for return is exempt.
Do not affix shipping labels directly to shoe boxes, we cannot accept shoe returns if the shoe box is damaged.
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
You are eligible for free shipping if:
- You have received damaged package
- Your received item is faulty or incorrect

Step 1
To successfully submit your return, you will need an Order Number and Return Authorisation Number (RA).
Step 2
Once you have received your RA number you will be able to complete your return via the Returns Portal.
Please ensure to select correct reason for your return, if incorrectly claimed free return shipping, it will be deducted from your refund.
